I am a student at Georgia Tech pursuing my Master's in Computer Science, specialising in Interactive Intelligent Systems and Machine Learning. Besides my coursework, I interned as an Applied Science intern at Amazon and am also pursuing research in the domain of Cognitive and Generative AI and Educational technology, with Prof. Ashok Goel at the DILab.
Before starting my MS, I was Research Fellow at PROSE, Microsoft, primarily advised by Dr. Sumit Gulwani, Dr. Ashish Tiwari, and Dr. Vu Le. My research at PROSE involved leveraging LLMs and symbolic methods to generate reliable and robust code.
Prior to this, I was a software development engineer at Adobe, where I was a part of the Adobe Experience Manager Guides team.
In 2022, I graduated from IIITD with a bachelor's in Computer Science and Social Sciences (with honors). For the best academic performance in my cohort, I was awarded the All-Round Performance Award and the Institute Silver Medal. I completed my bachelor’s thesis under the guidance of Dr. Jainendra Shukla, IIITD, and Dr. Aniket Bera, Purdue University.
I am passionate about creating opportunities in tech for everyone. I am on the board of directors for MTC at Georgia Tech. I was the founder and president of Lean In IIITD and was a core member at Women in Machine Learning and Data Science, Delhi. I was also a mentor at Anita B.org. I was awarded the Adobe India Women in Tech Scholarship in 2021 for my initiatives and technical prowess. I was amongst 6 scholars across India. I also received the GHC Student Scholarship from Anita B.org.
During my undergraduate studies, I interned at Adobe Research, where I was guided by Anandhvelu N and Sharmila Nangi. I worked on improving the AI model used for PDF tagging for accessibility (for the visually impaired) for Adobe's leading industry product, Acrobat.
Apart from that, I undertook various research projects at the PAG, HMI, MIDAS, and NewsLab in the domains of Program Analysis, HCI, Causality and Interpretability, and Digital Journalism.
